Flacco completed a 31, pass from Cassel, to Le’Veon Bell, for the game-winning score.
Flacco had a season-high 37 yards passing, including two touchdown passes, on 17 attempts.
He also threw for a career-high 454 yards and two touchdowns, while completing 25 of 36 passes.
The first-round pick out of Virginia Tech finished the game with 10 carries for 67 yards, and was sacked twice.
He had a career best seven catches for 69 yards.
The last time Flacco threw an interception in the playoffs was last season against the Baltimore Ravens, when he fumbled at the 1-yard line on the final play of regulation.
Flack was sacked on his next throw, and returned it 37 yards for a touchdown.
