The sun is out, and the sky is dark.
The only thing to watch over the Pacific Northwest is a tiny, naked girl who is being watched by a camera set up in a wooded area on the edge of the forest.
The webcam is set up to look like a photo of a woman who looks just like the girl on the camera’s screen.
But as it is pointed up and down, the camera slowly and steadily snaps a picture of the girl’s face as she takes photos of herself, as she stands there with her arms outstretched and her legs apart, naked except for the tight fitting, white bra and panties she wears over the crotch.
The girl is being filmed, and she is getting the attention of a camera operator who is monitoring her every move, in a region where there are more than a few people who would not normally be allowed to take pictures of themselves.
The girl is dressed in a blue jumpsuit and a white T-shirt, and her hair is pulled back into a bun as she poses for the camera.
The camera operator, who is not named in court documents, has been secretly recording the webcam girl’s life in the Pacific Crest Trail, a trail that stretches from southern Oregon to British Columbia, for more than 50 years.
The operator has been doing this for decades.
The webcam girl, known as “CJ” or CJ1, has never been identified.
She was found in 1998, when she was just 11 years old, and is now living in a home in Idaho, about 40 miles (64 kilometers) from the webcam.”CJ1 is a beautiful girl,” said Chris Wootton, a photographer who was hired by the operator.
“She is very confident, very articulate, very funny, very sexy.
It’s an incredibly beautiful girl.
She’s very smart, very strong, very determined.
I mean, she just wants to live her life.”
Wootton was hired to photograph CJ1 in 1999, when he was 16 years old.
He has continued to photograph the webcam and has never asked her to change her appearance.
The camera operator has not been charged with a crime.
The case has been under investigation by the FBI since 2006, when CJ1’s parents, a local rancher named Joe and his wife, had suspicions about the operator’s behavior and went to law enforcement.
CJ1 has told investigators she had no knowledge of the camera operator’s activity and has not met the operator, according to court documents.
“I don’t know what’s going on,” CJ1 said in a telephone interview.
“I don, at least, don’t think that she’s lying.
I think she’s just doing her job.
I don’t really know what to think.”
The operator is still employed by a logging company, but he has not worked there for years.
His lawyer, Scott Stegall, said the case is not in the hands of the state, but is in the court system.
The case will be argued by the state’s attorney, James M. Barger, in November.
Wootson said he did not know if CJ1 would ever testify.
He said the girl is very curious about her role in the case.
“She doesn’t know much about the case,” Woottons lawyer said.
“But she wants to know who is in control.
If the government is going to charge her, she’s not going to testify against anyone.”CJ2 has also never been seen, but her parents say they are considering filing a lawsuit.
The cam operator is not the only one with a camera on the Pacific Coast.
In 2010, a cam operator in California was convicted of molesting a 13-year-old girl, according a news release from the California Department of Justice.
And a couple of years ago, the operator of a webcam in Montana was charged with molesting and filming a 13, 13- and 14-year old girl.
In 2012, a 19-year veteran cam operator from California was charged in Idaho with sexual assault of a 14- to 17-year young girl.
The cameras in the woods, some of them made of wood or plastic, can be used to capture pictures of people and animals, and some people have been filmed taking photographs of themselves, too.
In the Northwest, some people say the webcam girls are a good way to get a glimpse of themselves in public, without being photographed or being caught.
“It’s a great way to see yourself in a very public place, without having to be in the dark,” said Laura DeMuth, a freelance photographer and author who has been photographing webcam girls since 2004.
“It’s like being able to take photos of yourself without having a camera, and it can also be a way to share your life and your journey.”
Wootsons father, who runs a business that provides outdoor recreation equipment, said it’s a little odd that the cam
