How to set up your Logitech PC to use the Logitech wireless webcam and Bluetooth remote?
Here’s how to get both.
This post has been updated to clarify that this is a guide for Windows users.
If you’re a Windows PC user, here’s how the Logix app for Android works.
It has all the same features, but instead of using Bluetooth to communicate with your phone or tablet, you’ll use your computer to connect to it via the Bluetooth connection provided on your computer.
So, in short, you can have both wireless and Bluetooth capabilities on your Logix computer.
To get started, head to Settings > General > Wireless and connect your Logikit or Logitech remote to your computer via the USB cable you get with the device.
The Logix software should now ask you if you want to connect via Bluetooth or USB.
If you click on the USB button, you’re prompted to set it up.
If it asks you to connect with the Logical, you should click on it.
The next step is to open the Settings app on your PC, navigate to General > Networking > Bluetooth and select “Connect to device” or “Connect from computer”.
Then select “Wireless”.
You should see an icon for your Logical computer, which should now be connected to the Logikits.
You can now press the power button and your Logicks remote should fire up and be able to communicate via Bluetooth.
