A mountain webcam covering a slide in a lake has been spotted on a cliff in the village of Placerville, Co Dublin.
The webcam has also been spotted in the hills surrounding the village.
The slide at Placerville has been the subject of intense discussion on social media and on the popular Irish social networking site Facebook.
The hillside falls on a hillside called the Old O’Connor and has a history of being a popular location for hiking and horseback riding.
The slope is located in the area of the old O’Connors’ Head where the famous O’Reilly Bridge once crossed the Dungarvan River.
It is not the first time this has happened.
A slide from the O’Connells Head bridge in 2011 saw the webcam cover a part of the cliff face and a cliff face slide from another cliff in 2011, before that a slide was recorded in 2015.
The waterfall at Plácerville was also covered in a slide last year.
